Vern Howard, Director
As a person in long-term recovery from alcoholism and addiction, Vern understands first hand the requirements to get and stay sober. He is a nationally certified addiction counselor, and opened Damascus in 2010.
Adam Deal, director of services, program manager

Andre tristan, Relapse prevention Coordinator
Andre is a graduate of the program and hosts Relapse Prevention meetings every Tuesday and talks about the warning signs that take place before an alcoholic relapses and goes over how to overcome those obstacles to prevent relapse.
